George Hasnah

George Hasnah is a senior at Bishop Montgomery High school. He loves marine biology and has been researching climate change and marine sponge physiology for the past three years. Besides research, George plays volleyball and is interested in political science.

Amanuel Geremew

Amanuel Geremew is a Junior at Stanford University studying Bioengineering and Computer Science. He is interested in tackling unique biological problems using data-backed engineering approaches. Outside of his work in various labs, Amanuel enjoys mentoring younger students as a Team Coordinator for iGEM.

 Ashley is a junior at Westridge School for Girls. She is interested in the intersection of sustainability, equity, and systems change, from independent research on climate adaptation policy and food justice to hands-on community projects with measurable impact.

Jing Yan Huang is a senior high school student from Chile with a strong academic interest in humanities subjects,  especially law and history. She aspires to pursue a career as a lawyer. Outside academics, she loves photography and reading.

Nidhi Potineni is a creative high school student from the United States with a strong passion for medicine, economics, and international relations. She loves learning through research, community work, and real-world exploration. In her free time, Nidhi enjoys hanging out with friends and traveling.

Sophia Kong

Sophia is a passionate writer and student researcher at Scarsdale Middle School. She is an active editor and illustrator for her school newspaper and a dedicated community service advocate, serving on both her school’s Student Council and the Westchester Youth Council. Sophia is deeply passionate about nature and marine biology.

Ridit Aggarwal

Ridit Aggarwal is a junior at Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram, with a focus on Material Science and Chemical Engineering. He is a "builder" at heart, with experience ranging from designing autonomous safety robots to interning at a brewery to analyze industrial chemical systems. Beyond his research in bioplastics and carbon markets, Ridit is passionate about educational outreach .

Haotian 'Tony' Yuan is a junior at Georgetown Preparatory School. He is interested in moral philosophy, specifically metaethics and bioethics. He published papers in multiple journals and platforms, reviewed journal articles, and worked in various labs. In addition to his academic work, he is an assistant instructor at the Royal Yachting Association.

Manu Sharma

Manu Sharma is a high school senior from New Delhi, India. He is particularly interested in the intersection of psychology, policy, and literature and has also published academic research on youth mental health and serves as an editor for international literary platforms, where he enjoys working with diverse voices and ideas. Outside of this, he loves listening music and writing poems.

Wang Junxian (Eric) is a high school student from Guanghua Cambridge International School.  He is interested in pursuing a career in international relations, with a particular interest in global governance and Asia-Pacific politics, as well as combined interests in sociology and history. In his free time, Eric enjoys playing football and going out into nature.

Nathaniel Chae

Nathaniel Chae is a senior at Stuyvesant High School in New York. His primary research interest is the biological mechanisms of aging, and he hopes to continue this work in higher education.  His hobbies include watching shows,  cooking, and writing literature. Every Friday, he walks home through a different route to eventually see all of lower and midtown Manhattan.
